DIRECTIONS TO WAKKERSTROOM:
From Pretoria:
Take the Delmas Road through Delmas to Leandra.
Continue through Leandra, turn left onto the N17 .
(Do not go straight through Leandra to Standerton as the road is in a terrible condition)
Continue for 14 km then take the first turn off to Evander / Standerton. R546 and continue for 60km to Standerton.
At the T junction turn left & then immediately turn right and continue for 1.6km
Take the left fork sign posted to KZN and Free State.
Continue for 81km to Volksrust
As you approach Volksrust, turn left just after Bridle Guest Farm and continue on the R543 for 28km’s to Wakkerstroom
From Jo’burg:

Route 1:
Take the N3 towards Heidelberg.
Take the R23 to Standerton
Continue on the R23 for 80km’s from Standerton to Volksrust
As you approach Volksrust, turn left just after Bridle Guest Farm and continue on the R543 for 28km’s to Wakkerstroom
Route 2:
Take the Springs Highway (N17).
Take the Evander turn off. R546 and continue for 60km to Standerton.
At the T junction turn left & then immediately turn right and continue for 1.6km
Take the left fork sign posted to KZN and Free State.
Continue for 81km to Volksrust
As you approach Volksrust, turn left just after Bridle Guest Farm and continue on the R543 for 28km’s to Wakkerstroom
